At Something Special Cheadle, you have the option to collect your order from our shop. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email or SMS notification stating that your order is ready for collection. Please collect your order within 10 days. Our collection times align with our shop hours, so please ensure that you have checked our opening times before coming to collect – out of hours collection are available at special request. Please do not come to the store before receiving the notification email or SMS, as your order will not be ready for collection.
Free Postage (over £50.00 orders)
Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. During busy periods, delivery times may be longer than usual, and in rare cases of significant delays, we will inform you promptly. All orders are sent out through our reliable shipping partner via a 48-hour recorded courier service.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order is now “processing.” This confirms that we have received your order and it is ready for picking. You will receive additional emails as your order is fulfilled and dispatched, and our selected couriers may send shipping notifications as well.
