Want to make a Return?
If the item you’ve purchased needs to come back to us, we kindly request that it has not been worn, no labels or tags have been removed, it hasn’t had a name wrote in it and or a name label applied anywhere in the garment and lastly it must be in the original packaging as it was delivered in. The return window is 14 days from delivery of your order.
Please be sure when purchasing:
Sales on these items are non-refundable. However, we will exchange them for an alternative size or style.

What happens if an item is faulty?
Simply email us at email@example.com or call us on 01538752840 choosing the most appropriate option to your purchase.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, just pop by our Cheadle store and we can process this for you, Or use the returns address above and just let us know to expect it.
What if I no longer require the item and want a refund?
No problem at all, it just must be within 14 days of purchase and adhere to the returns policy at the top of the page. Please also note customised items or special order items cannot be returned unless a fault has been made on our part.
