We are pleased to offer two customisation options for your workwear logos: embroidery and printing. Embroidery incurs a flat digitalisation fee of £25.00 per order, which covers the cost of our skilled team setting up your logo correctly for the embroidery process. This ensures that your logo is accurately replicated and looks impressive on your workwear. Embroidered logos have a greater longevity than printed logos, making them ideal for workwear that will be frequently worn or washed.

Conversely, printed logos do not attract an additional charge and represent a cost-effective solution. However, it is essential to consider the nature of your employees' work and the frequency of washes, as printed logos may not be as robust as their embroidered counterparts.

If you have previously ordered from us and your logo remains unchanged, you have the option to select "existing logo." This selection will save you both time and money, as we can readily access your previous logo design and replicate it onto your new workwear.

At Something Special Cheadle, you have the option to collect your order from our shop. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email or SMS notification stating that your order is ready for collection. Please collect your order within 10 days. Our collection times align with our shop hours, so please ensure that you have checked our opening times before coming to collect - out of hours collection are available at special request. Please do not come to the store before receiving the notification email or SMS, as your order will not be ready for collection.

Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. During busy periods, delivery times may be longer than usual, and in rare cases of significant delays, we will inform you promptly. All orders are sent out through our reliable shipping partner via a 48-hour recorded courier service.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order is now "processing." This confirms that we have received your order and it is ready for picking. You will receive additional emails as your order is fulfilled and dispatched, and our selected couriers may send shipping notifications as well.
